Privacy notice
Public website privacy.
This notice explains the limited information processed when someone visits the VEQTOR public website or submits the contact form.
Draft for legal review before production publication.
Information submitted by you
The contact form may collect your name, email address, organisation, enquiry topic and the message you choose to provide. Do not submit passwords, payment information, identity documents or sensitive crime evidence through the general contact form.
Technical and security information
The website and its infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to deliver pages, detect abuse, protect the service and investigate security incidents. Rate limiting uses a keyed hash rather than storing a raw IP address in the website's local rate-limit records.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate interactions from automated abuse. Turnstile provides a verification token which the VEQTOR server validates before accepting the form.
How information is used
Contact information is used to respond to the enquiry, assess legitimate business or community interest, maintain relevant correspondence and protect the website from abuse.
Retention and sharing
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, related business records, security requirements or applicable legal obligations. VEQTOR does not sell contact-form information.
Your questions
Use the contact page to ask a privacy question. This draft must be aligned with the final operating entity, hosting configuration and applicable South African and international privacy requirements before launch.
